Job Requirements:

• Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families
• A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure high performance for all
• Familiarity with the IBMYP and/or NCfE framework is preferred.
• Professional commitment to becoming an “Outstanding” Teacher

• Proven track record of successful and varied teaching. Genuine alignment with the philosophy of the IB and the values embodied in the Learner
• profile are essential, as is a passion for working in our truly diverse community.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• A certified professional teaching qualification at degree level, such as B.Ed./M.Ed., specializing in your teaching subject area at Secondary
• School (Y7-13) and an internationally recognized teaching qualification (ex. PGCE, PGDE) or teaching license
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
